Delivery Details

Out of City Orders (Terms & Conditions):

Full payment (100% advance) is required for all out-of-city orders.
If the product is shipped via a cargo service, the cargo or carriage company will be responsible for the delivery. For assistance regarding safe transportation, please contact our Customer Support Representative (CSR).
For imported products delivered outside the city, exchanges are only available if there is a significant issue with the product, such as major damage or mechanical defects.

In-City Orders (Terms & Conditions):

Orders within the city can be placed with a 50% advance payment. The warranty for these products is valid up to the point of delivery.
If your location falls within a 150km radius of our outlet, please reach out to our Customer Support Representative (CSR) for further assistance.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Imported Products

Imported products on display can be exchanged within 24 hours of delivery. However, transportation charges back to the outlet will be covered by the customer, and the product must be in the same condition as delivered.
Imported products that have been dispatched from the warehouse and assembled specifically for the customer are not eligible for exchange.
A service warranty is provided for imported products. Although there is no guarantee for these products, customer satisfaction references from previous clients can be provided upon request.

2. Local Products

Local products within the city can be exchanged within 48 hours of delivery, without any deductions, if the product is not damaged. The customer is responsible for transportation charges.
For local products delivered outside the city, exchanges can be made within 48 hours of delivery. The safe transportation of the product back to the store is the customer’s responsibility.

Note: This policy applies only to existing models and colors available in-store. Customized products are not eligible for refund or exchange.
